Notice is hereby given that the
North Andover Zoning Board of Ap-
peals will hold a public hearing at
the North Andover Town Hall at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA on
Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:30
p.m. to all parties interested in the
petition of METRO SIGN &AWNING
ON BEHALF OF SEYON GROUP for
property at 300 Willow Street (Map
0025, Parcel 0027), North Andover,
MA 01845 in the Industrial 1 Zoning
District The Applicant is request-
ing a Variance pursuant to Town of
North Andover Zoning Bylaws Sec-
tion 195-4.13,,Table 2 (Dimensional
Requirements) for one side setback
in the I-1 Zoning District for the
purposes of constructing a ground
sign, specifically, Applicant has re-
quested a setback needing a relief
of 39 feet (the setback proposed is
1 foot and the setback required per
Table 2 is 40 feet).

office of the Zoning Department
