Notice is hereby given that the
North Andover Zoning Board of Ap-
peals will hold a public hearing at
the North Andover Town Hall at 120
Main Street, North Andover, MA on
Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:30
p.m. to all parties interested in the
petition of JOSEPH CAMBRIA AND
JOHANNA M. WEBSTER for prop-
erty at 44-46 Baldwin Street (Map
0008, Parcel 0040), North Andover,
MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning Dis-
trict.
The Applicant is requesting a Vari-
ance pursuant to Town of North
Andover Zoning Bylaws Section
195-8.109,, Table 2 (Dimensional Re-
quirements) for one side setback in
the R-4 Zoning District for the pur-
poses of constructing a detached
Accessory Dwelling Unit; specifical-
ly,Applicant has requested a side
setback needing a relief variance of
9.9 feet (the side setback proposed
is 5.1 feet and the side setback re-
quired per Table 2 is 15.0 feet).
