WHEREAS David A Sweetser and Marianne T Sweetser applied to the Planning Board of the
Town of north Andover for a Watershed Special Permit,
WHEREAS David A Sweetser and Marianne T Sweetser agree,for themselves,their successors
and assigns,that:
1, Fertilizers are limited to those which are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
.phosphorus-free,
2. The use of coal tar-based pavement sealants Is prohibited.
