Further, the Independent Monitor understands that shelhe may not act as the project owner's agent, representative, partner, employee or Joint-venturer on this project. The Independent Monitor agrees to immediately report to the North Andover Planning Board, via the Town Planner, any violations of the terms of the Decision listed above, as soon as observed or otherwise become known to the Independent Monitor.This report is in addition to regularly scheduled monitoring reports. The Independent Monitor understands that the failure to perform under this Letter of Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of the North Andover Planning Board, will be grounds for said Independent Monitor to be excluded in this role for any future projects which are within the Jurisdiction of the North Andover Planning Board.
