On July 20, 2023 we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the property referenced
above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board Decision.
All work appears to be being conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The pool is
in place within the excavation hole and the contractor is in the process of bedding the pool in crushed
stone. The foundation drain also appears to have been reconnected. Otherwise, there were no issues
observed as a result of the heavy rain earlier in the week. No sediment was observed beyond the
approved limit of work.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
%2" in 24 hours. If you should have any questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to
