On August 25, 2023 we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the property referenced
above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board Decision.
All work appears to be being conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The pool is
in place within the excavation hole and the contractor has now fully bedded the pool in crushed stone.
Despite rain prior to our visit, no sediment was observed beyond the approved limit of work. No
work has been conducted since our prior visit.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/z" in 24 hours. If you should have any questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to
