On September 12, 2023, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the property
referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board Decision.
All work appears to be being conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The patio
was being installed at the time of our visit. No issues were observed as a result and all work was
taking place within the approved limit of work.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/z" in 24 hours. If you should have any questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to
