DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION
This Declaration of Restriction is made and entered into as of this 16th day of June,
2023 by Tammy Woolfolk (hereinafter"Woolfolk") and Hans Kim (hereinafter
"Kim") of 18S Great Pond Road, North Andover, MA 01845, the owner of a certain
parcel of land located at 18S Great Pond Road, North Andover, MA 0184S with the
deed referenced in Book 17028 Page 322.
WHEREAS, Woolfolk and Kim has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of
North Andover for a Watershed Special Permit;
WHEREAS, Woolfolk and Kim agrees, for themselves, their successors and assigns,
that:
1. Fertilizers are limited to those that are either organic or slow-release
nitrogen and phosphorus free.
2. The use of coal-tar based pavement sealants is prohibited.
