I reviewed the wetland line with Greg Hochmuth and found it to be accurate with no flag adjustments needed. Work appears to be proposed outside the wetlands 100' Buffer Zone and therefore does not require permitting with the Conservation Commission. I recommend that the limit of the proposed erosion controls be staked BY SURVEY in the field prior to installation and be verified by staff prior to work commencing.
