In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North.Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Article 4 Part 5
and Article 10 Section 195-10.7 of the Zoning Bylaw to authorize
installation of an in-ground swimming pool and paver patio within the Non-Discharge Buffer Zone within the Watershed Protection
District. The property is located in the Residential 3 zoning
district.
