On May 21, 30, June 4, 11 and 19, 2025, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at
the property referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board
Decision issued on April 15, 2025.
All work appears to have been conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The only
discrepancy is that the existing 24" tree adjacent to the garage was removed. According to the
contractor, the root zone was going to be disturbed far too much to save the tree. In addition, the
contractor mentioned that the tree was an insurance liability for the new garage.
At this time, the contractor has installed both foundations for the dwelling and garage expansions.
The addition and garage have both been framed as well. Earth work at this stage is largely complete
except for the proposed driveway expansion area, the proposed stormwater management, paver
walkway and final stabilization.
There were no issues observed with the erosion controls and no recommendations were made to
maintain the site in a different manner.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/z" in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
