On June 19, 26 and July 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2025, we conducted an environmental monitoring
inspection at the property referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the
Planning Board Decision issued on April 15, 2025.
All work appears to have been conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. There
were no issues observed with the erosion controls and no recommendations were made to maintain
the site in a different manner.
At this time, all earth work is largely completed except for the relocated walkway and stairs and final
landscaping and stabilization. At the time of our visit, the contractor was working on the interior of
the new garage.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/2" in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
