On August 1, 7, 14, 20, and 27, 2025, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the
property referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board
Decision issued on April 15, 2025.
All work appears to have been conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. There
were no issues observed with the erosion controls and no recommendations were made to maintain
the site in a different manner.
During our visit yesterday, the contractor was working on prepping the site for final stabilization of
the lawn areas bordering the proposed dwelling expansion and garage. The proposed infiltration
trench along the dwelling expansion was also being installed at the time of our visit. Erosion controls
along the proposed dwelling expansion were temporarily shifted back a foot or so to be able to re-
stabilize the disturbed ground beneath them. No issues were observed as a result of these activities.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/z" in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
