On September 3, 11, 18 and 25, 2025, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the
property referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board
Decision issued on April 15, 2025.
All work appears to have been conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. There
were no issues observed with the erosion controls and no recommendations were made to maintain
the site in a different manner.
Since our last report, the contractor has primarily continued with work on the inside of the garage and
dwelling expansion. Grading along the back side of the garage has taken place, along with the re-
installation of the brick walkway. The stone infiltration trenches have also been installed along the
downhill side of the pavement. The construction entrance and disturbed areas behind the garage have
been recently hydroseeded as well.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/z" in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
