DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION
This declaration of restriction is made and entered into as of this 711 day of May 2025 by
William Belanger(herein after"Belanger") of 135 Coachman's Lane, North Andover MA
01845, the owner of a certain parcel of land located at 135 Coachmans Lane, North
Andover, MA 01845 with the deed referenced in book 18150 page 150
Whereas, Belanger has applied to the planning board of the town of North Andover for a
Watershed Special Permit
Whereas, Belanger agrees for himself, his successors and assigns that:
1. Fertilizers are limited to those that are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorus free.
2. The use of coat tar-based pavement sealants is prohibited.
