NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning Board will hold a
Public Hearing as follows: Public Hearing: Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Article 4 Part 5 and Article
10 Section 195-10.7 of the Zoning Bylaw to authorize expansion of an existing garage and expansion of a portion of the
existing dwelling within the 325' non-discharge zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The property is located in the
Residential 1 (R-1) zoning district. Applicant/Petitioner: William and Ann Belanger, 135 Coachmans Lane,North
Andover MA 01845. Owner: Same as Applicant. Address of Premises Affected: 135 Coachmans Lane,North Andover,
MA 01845. Assessors Map & Lot: Map 64, Lot 70. Public Hearing Date& Time: Tuesday April 15, 2025 @ 7:00 p.m.
Location of Public Hearing: Town Hall, 120 Main Street,North Andover,MA 01845. A copy of the plan and
application are on file in the Planning Board office at 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA, and may be inspected during
