On June 19, 26 and July 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2025, we conducted an environmental monitoring
inspection at the property referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the
Planning Board Decision issued on February 25, 2025.
All work appears to have been conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The only
minor discrepancy is that the contractor opted to use a gravel construction entrance laid over filter
fabric in lieu of construction matting. No sediment or runoff has been observed exiting the driveway
and traveling towards the wetlands across Coachman's Lane as a result.
At this time, the swimming pool and patio have both been installed along with some of the pool
equipment. The swimming pool was being filled with water during our visit this week.
There were no issues observed with the erosion controls and no recommendations were made to
maintain the site in a different manner.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/2" in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
