Declaration of Restriction
This Declaration of Restriction is made and entered into as of this 19"' day of March, 2025 by
Amanda Lough(hereinafter"Laugh"), of 75 Coachmans Lane,North Andover,MA 01845,the
owner of a certain parcel of land located at 75 Coachmans Lane,North Andover,MA 01845 with
the deed referenced in Book 14809 Page 326.
WHEREAS,Lough has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover for a
Watershed Special Permit;
WHEREAS, Lough agrees, for herself,her successors and assigns,that-
1. Fertilizers are limited to those that are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorus free.
2. The use of coal tar-based pavement sealants is prohibited.
