Thanks for sharing Thor... while the work is outside the 100'wetland buffer zone and therefore not subject to
Conservation permitting, I would like to see erosion controls added to the easterly side (wetland side)of Coachmans lane
to protect from any transport of dirt or sediment to the wetland from construction equipment passing back and forth from
the site. Jean, perhaps that can be a condition of approval by the Planning Board? Thank you for your consideration
