Declaration of Restriction
This Declaration of Restriction is made,and entered into as of this ISNay of
2026, by Stephen A. Boyko and Judi M. Boyko (hereinafter,"the Boykos"),
as owners of 243 Great Pond Road, North Andover, Massachusetts, pursuant to a deed
recorded with the Essex Borth Registry of Deeds at Book 9181, Page 180.
WHEREAS, the Boykos have applied to the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover for
a Watershed Special Permit;
WHEREAS,the Boykos agree for themselves and their successors and assigns that:
1, Fertilizers are limited to those which are either organic or slaw-release nitrogen and
phosphorous-free.
2. The use of coal tar-based pavement sealants is prohibited.
Signed as a sealed instrument on today's date,the 130)day of 2026.
