In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11,the North Andover Planning
Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing Application for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 195-
Article 4,Part 5 and Article 10, 195-1.0.7 of the North Andover
Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant to remove an existing sports court
and construct a greenhouse within the Non-Discharge buffer zone.
The project is located within the Residential 1 Zoning District.
