Dear Jean,
On behalf of the owner and applicant,the office of Williams&Sparages LLC respectfully requests a
performance bond release associated with the Watershed Special Permit issued to the above referenced
property owners for the construction of an in-ground swimming pool,hardscaping,stormwater management,
and fencing within the 150'Non-Disturbance Zone of the Watershed Protection District.
A Watershed Special Permit was submitted by our office on behalf of the owner and applicant on February 1,
2024.A positive Notice of Decision was issued by the North Andover Planning Board on April 2,2024,and was
subsequently recorded at the Essex North Registry of Deeds in Book 17993,Page 159 on May 20,2024.Based on
a review of the as-built plan,the existing conditions appear to be in substantial compliance with the approved
plan and Notice of Decision with the following exceptions:
1. The proposed infiltration trench was installed along the southern side of the patio instead of the
eastern side of the patio.A 4"crushed stone edging was installed between the patio and landscape
wall,however.The patio was also constructed out of pavers rather than concrete.
2. A short(1.5'high)landscape wall was constructed off the eastern side of the patio in lieu of
conducting grading.
We look forward to reviewing this request for a performance bond release with the Planning Board at your
