On July 3, 2024, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the property referenced
above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board Decision issued on April
2, 2024.
All work appears to be being conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The
construction access is in good condition with no observable sediment or runoff traveling towards
Winter Street. The swimming pool has been entirely excavated at this time. The contractor has
imported and is spreading portions of the gravel base within the pool excavation and appears to be in
the early stages of installing the swimming pool itself. There were no observable issues with the
erosion controls at this time either.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
%"in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
