On August 2, 2024, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the property referenced
above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board Decision issued on April
2, 2024.
All work appears to be being conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision. The
construction access is in good condition with no observable sediment or runoff traveling towards
Winter Street. No soil was being stockpiled within the limit of work.
At this point, the framing around the pool is continuing to be installed, and the pool appears to have
been entirely excavated. The patio edge around the pool perimeter has also been installed. The short
landscape wall has also been installed between the edge of the pool and adjacent slope.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
1/2" in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
