On August 30, 2024, we conducted an environmental monitoring inspection at the property
referenced above in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Planning Board Decision issued
on April 2, 2024.
All work appears to be being conducted in accordance with the Planning Board Decision.
Construction associated with the pool and patio is complete at this time, and the only earth disturbing
activities left are the removal of the construction entrance, fence installation and the final stabilization
of lawn areas.
We will continue to monitor the construction site weekly and after storm events totaling more than
%"in 24 hours and provide monthly updates. If you should have any questions regarding this
information, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
