This declaration of Restriction is made and entered into as of this 20t' day of May, 2024 by
Adrianne and Adam Ramos (hereinafter "Ramos") of 115 Winter Street, North Andover, MA
01845, the owners of a certain parcel of land located at 115 Winter Street, North Andover, MA
01845 with the deed referenced in Book 17639 Page 322.
WHEREAS, Ramos has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of North Andover for a
Watershed Special Permit;
WHEREAS, Ramos agrees for themselves, their successors and assigns, that:
1. Fertilizers are limited to those that are either organic or slow-release nitrogen and
phosphorus free.
2, The use of coal tar-based pavement sealants is prohibited.
