ILLICIT DISCHARGE STATEMENT
115 WINTER STREET, NORTH ANDOVER, MA

Illicit discharges to the stormwater management system are discharges not
entirely comprised of stormwater. There are no known illicit discharges currently
at the site nor are any illicit discharges proposed as part of the project, The
stormwater management system is not intended to convey any illicit discharges or
pollutants. Any unknown existing illicit discharges that are discovered as part of
the development of the subject site shall be eliminated in accordance with local,
state and federal regulations.
