Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (B) of the No tl Ando er Wetlands Protection Regulations, Pat Berne,
applicant, filed on behalf of the owner Ah.tned Elbetanon , for a St-hall.Project Pett-n t for-work
proposed at 365 Boston Street, North AndolTer. Work involves the del-volition of an existing 1 'x1 '
deck and associated stairs and landing.The deck shall be rebuilt with.a 5 x6' expansion, landing,
stains, and installation of new helical pile footings within 1 + -Foot Buffer Zone to BV .

The following conditions are hereby rnandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to construction, erosion controls in the form of " straw wattle to be installed and staled
according to the instructions of Conservation staff,

2. A pre-construction site inspection shall be scheduled Nvith the u'onservation Department and the
contractor to review erosion control installation and project scope.
3. A post construction site inspection shall be scheduled xvith the ConsellTation Depart m ent to
NTerif 7 coMpliance and approve removal of erosion control.
4. This Permit shah e,xpire one year,fto,m the date of issuance.
The ap licant p homeowner and the'ir contractor's are advised that NO other work on the Dr tv,
is allowed under this ermit. The NACC has jurisdiction over A of the wedatids and associated 100-Foo�t
buffer zones and 200 Riverfront Area to the Shawsheen River on site and any work d-lat involves
disturbance or chanaing the current conditions in these areas \viU requireDermittit-la with the NACC.This
