Hello Monica
Pursuant to an October 27, 2016 Determination of Applicability issued by the Conservation Commission, the property at 0
Sutton Street/505 Sutton Street was reviewed for presence of wetlands and associated buffer zones. The plan of record
on file with and approved by the Conservation Commission entitled "Existing Conditions Plan" prepared by Morin-
Cameron Group, signed and stamped by Peter McGoldrick, scale 1"=30'final revision dated September 29, 2016"shows
a portion of the 100-foot buffer zone associated with an off-site Isolated Vegetated Wetland at the south-southeast corner
of"0 Sutton Street'at 505 Sutton Street.
Based on the above-mentioned plan, aerial GIS mapping and review of plan set"Site Development Plans North Andover
Adult Center, (8 sheets total)prepared by DeVellis Zrein, Inc, stamped and signed by James DeVellis dated May 28,
2019"the vicinity of the site where the Senior Center, its associated parking/utilities and stormwater structures are
proposed does not contain jurisdictional wetland resources or associated 100-foot buffer zones. Work on this project
would therefore not require Conservation Commission review or pemitting.
