Jean,
have reviewed the revised information from Andover Consultants, Inc. submitted in response to my comment letter dated
April 2, 2024. Based on the revised information, it is now clear where the stormwater runoff flows and where the isolated
wetland area discharges. I agree with Andover Consultants, Inc. comment that the proposed project does not increase
the stormwater rate or volume as the new hangars are being constructed on an area that is currently impervious asphalt.
