With any project, the fire department will need a swept path analysis, NFPA 241 plan [527 CMR ch 16], BDA test on
completion of project and ensure lock box [with key access] and address number are placed on building. All other fire
protection systems will be reviewed during the permitting process. The applicant/contractor/owner is responsible for
ensuring that the project is compliant with all applicable codes and standards.
