The applicant proposes comtruction of four prefabricated hangars
including two T--han ers(encompassing 13,730 SF and two
maintenance hangers (encompassing 10,960 SF)on 62,790 SF of
leased land area on the South Ramp of the Lawrence Municipal
al
Airport property. The leased land area is located approximately
Soo feet from Sutton Street,the nearest public road. The project is
located withiii the Industrial 2 Zoning District.
