'Total area leased land: 59,000 sq ft
Total building coverage.: 24,1690 sq ft
Total disturbed land including over dig: 29,206 sq ft
Total land between buildings.: 9,528 sq ft(not disturbed land, but included),
Total construction area: 38,734 Sq ft
Item 31 of the Special permit calls out that any stockpiling of construction materials must be shown on the site plan. No
provisions have been made for stockpiling on this project; therefore, all material is trucked off site daily.The layclown area
for the metal buildings is in a hangar on the North ramp. Given that the total construction area including over dig and all
the land between the buildings is less than 43,560 sq ft, are we required to have a SWPPP plan?
