Dennis/Jean/Amy,
In prepping for the infiltration basin work, Masterson encountered a high pressure gas line running across the plan-west
portion of the proposed basin, and we wanted to run the attached proposed minor modification by you for review in order
to avoid impacting it. The proposed revisions would include a slight adjustment to the basin footprint as shown on the
attached SKCs (previous basin limit shown in gray for comparison), and lowering the bottom of basin 0.3-ft to still ensure
we're providing the required storage/water quality volume. We had initially tried to keep the basin as shallow as possible,
but would still be able to maintain 2-ft from ESGHWT(240.6) per TP-5 with this modification.
Could you let us know if any questions/comments/concerns with making the attached modification?

Amy and I would be more comfortable approving the proposed change as minor in nature if Janet at Horsley Witten is in
agreement.
Felipe, the escrow funds are depleted. Do you agree to supplement the account so that Janet can review this? It
shouldn't be much.
