Message Hallo Jean, I wanted to follow up with some pictures of the
downed fencing along my backyard property lino plus add a
few more questions.
. Has there been any though to use PORTABLE LOW
HEIGHT lights v permanent fixtures
2* Has there been any thought to locating permanent lower
height fixtures 2 total at each end of the field
3.When will the plan for field usage be shared with abutters,
There has to be a plan as part of this submittal and it should be x
shared,
. I understand there is no noise ordinance for the Town, but
common sense indicates that a marching band practice in a
neighbor environment would require such an ordinance,
. I have read the Dover act and there are restrictions that must
be considered as vetted with respect to public safety and
impact to neighbor+character. I did not hear these from the
planning committee so I will expect these points of view to b
represented at the Mar 18 meeting.

Message Hello Jean, l grant to follow up with some pictures of the
downed fence along my property plus ask a few questions
. Has there been any thought to using lour level portable as
movable light on this field? If not-why?
. Has there been any though to loading low level lights at the
fire station as high school parking lots ide only 2 lights' If not-
why
. l have read the Dover act and there are some fairly
significant points that must be addressed that l did not hear
from the planning committee -the most relevant in this instance
is neighborhood character. 90'permanent fixtures in an
resident area that has some historic era homes is net a good
look for the Town. l would expect the planning committee to
address this in the Mar 18 meeting
4. When will the plan for field usage be shared?There must he
a draft that accompanied living off this scope work and design
and the attubers have the right to know ghat that is,, 1 expect
the planning committee to have the available at the Mar 1
meeting.
