of the requirements of this section. Accessory buildings no larger than 64 square feet
shall have a minimum five-foot setback from side and rear lot lines and shall be located
no nearer the street than the building line of the dwelling. Accessory buildings larger
than 64 square feet will need to adhere to the Zoning Setbacks set forth in table 2
