For grantor's title, see deed dated February 14, 2023 and recorded on February -1 1,
2023 in the Essex North Registry of Deeds at Book 17683, Page 256. Kathleen M. Blain,
Trustee of the Blain Family Holding Trust dated February 14, 2023 died on December 24,
2024. See Death Certificate recorded at the Essex North County Registry of Deeded in
Book: 18272, Page 17.
Under the penalties of perjury, I, the Grantor named herein, do hereby voluntarily
release any and all rights of homestead, if any, as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 188, and state
that there are no other persons or person entitled to any homestead rights.
