To the Zoning Board of Appeals,
As supporting background regarding our application, we would like to clarify that 123
Brentwood Circle is currently zoned to have a Family Suite, per the 2025 approved
application of Richard Blain (Christine's father).The approved construction has since been
completed, ownership of the house has been transferred to Christine and Sean, and this
request is simply to keep the Family Suite zoned as previously approved. Richard Blain will
be the resident of the Family Suite.
No further construction is taking place, hence the absence of a Building Permit
Application, per the guidance of Paul Hutchins.
