Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the North Andover Town Hall at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. to all parties interested in the petition of Christine and Sean Connolly for property at 123 Brentwood Circle (Map 0064, Parcel 036), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-1 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Special Permit pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-4.2, Part Q, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) for a Family Suite in the R-1 Zoning District for the purpose of constructing a separate dwelling unit located with a single-family dwelling subordinate in size to the principal unit and separated from it in a manner which maintains the appearance of the building as a single-family dwelling, specifically, Applicant has requested a special permit to construct a family suite attached to an existing home to be inhabited by family member consisting of 1145 square feet family suite. Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Tuesday, from the hours of 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m., and Thursday from the hours of 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. By order of the Board of Appeals Michael T.
