The undersigned, 1250 Osgood St LLC (the "Applicant"), being the owner
and developer of the Property referenced above and intending to construct and
develop a daycare building to also include a swim school and other uses together
with parking and other infrastructure improvements (the "Proposed Project"),
hereby authorizes its attorneys, engineers and consultants, including Smolak &
Vaughan LLP, to submit any and all applications and supporting information
desired for any variance, permits, special permits, orders, authorizations or
approvals needed for the proposed development or use of the Proposed Project
on the Property, including without limitation to be filed with the North Andover
Zoning Board, North Andover Planning Board, North Andover Conservation
Commission or any other federal, state or local board, agency, office or
department, and in connection with or in furtherance of pursuit,negotiation, and
obtaining of any further or additional permit(s), special permit(s),variance(s),
authorization(s), subdivisions, or any other local, state, or federal permits,
approvals, or consents necessary or desirable from any other governing authority
in connection with the use and development of said Proposed Project and
Property.
