AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this_day of April, 2026, by and between Northeast
Traffic Technologies, LLC, a corporation located at 8 Scobee Circle Plymouth, Massachusetts
02360, hereinafter called "VENDOR", and the and the Town of North Andover, ("TOWN") a
municipal corporation duly established by law and located at 120 Main Street, North Andover,
Essex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The above parties agree that the procurement of specialized equipment, parts and services for
Roadway Telecommunications, Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS), and Intelligent Project Control Systems
(IPCS),by the Town from VENDOR will be governed exclusively by the Massachusetts Department
of Transportation Highway Division Contract#111753, along with its terms and conditions.The
MassDOT's contract and Terms&Conditions shall take precedence over all other language.
This Agreement will commence upon execution and expire on April 20, 2029.The not to exceed
figure for this Agreement is: N/A. Multi-year Agreements are subject to annual appropriation.
Signatory for the Vendor certifies that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement on
behalf of the Vendor,and that affix its corporate seal hereto making this Agreement and all of its
terms valid and binding on the Vendor.
