FY26 Check-In • Bump, Baby, and Beyond Community Expo for Expecting and New Parents with young children o Save the date for May 16th at the Lynnfield MEPTC o Send any leads to us at mephc@northandoverma.gov o Seeking leads in all relevant industries relating to maternal and child health o Seeking donations as well, plan for diaper drive in each community • Facebook Page for public facing information o Hope to create a MEPHC FB Page to be more public facing and/or meant for information dissemination across our 6 communities, for sharing event information o To be brought to North Andover for approval • Ade asked about comments& interactions with public as well as who will manage the page o Page is planned to be monitored by the Shared Services Coordinator with support from PHN. Facebook settings to prevent comments can be set. o Content will be recycled from our other channels, and some new content will be added 3. Budget Updates • Discussion on budget changes o Increase Nursing Supplies budget from $2,000 to$7,500 o Increase Travel budget from $3,050 to$4,000 o Decrease Shared Services Coordinator line item from $82,000 to$70,000 o Decrease Health Inspector line item from $145,000 to$116,000 • Vote on budget changes o Motion by Coral to approve o Second by Bonnie o Coral—Approve o Amy—Approve o Ade—Approve o Bonnie—Approve • Amy advocates for hiring Henry with leftover$35,550 • Coral and Lydia spoke on utilizing MHOA supplemental funds to increase salary of Inspectors 4. Inspector Hiring Update • Lydia to meet with Andrew and HR to discuss changes to Shanene's job description and salary to include training of new inspector who will need to be supervised and trained on particular site procedures • Four promising applicants to be discussed and recommended for interview among those interested in being a part of the interview process • Goal to be done by Mid-March, interviews should start in the next two weeks, barring negotiations with H R 5. Nursing& Inspector Updates • TB Referral process formalized • Youth mental health first aid, sign ups for one more week! • Nutrition and food access presentation completed in Reading. o Presentation available as a regional health education event as requested • Performance standard 3, regional SOP for enteric disease and foodborne illness outbreak completed • FDA Standard 5 currently being worked through among inspector group Meeting Moved to be Adjourned by Ade • Seconded by Amy • Amy—approved • Bonnie—approved • Coral—approved • Ade—a p p roved
