1.Approve Minutes from 12/8/2025
• Quorum not reached.Voting moved to next meeting
2. FY26 Meeting Schedule:
• Second Monday of each month at 1pm. Schedule sent out. Once a quarter in person, otherwise
virtual.
3. Budget Updates
• discussion on budget changes and where to allocate extra funds for Q3 and Q4
o Changes on salary line items due to vacant positions
o Left with about$37,000 to spend down before the end of the fiscal year in June
• Quick vote on other budget updates needed to be completed at next meeting
4. Inspector Hiring Update
• Hiring Panel will be formed when applications are looked through
• Bob volunteered to be a part of the hiring panel
S. Nursing& Inspector Updates
• Youth Mental Health First Aid scheduled for 3/23/2026
• Correction to January Newsletter
• Performance Standard 3 draft worked on by Inspectional Staff,to be sent out to Health Directors
for notes
• FDA Standard 5 draft to be worked on at next inspectors meeting on February 2nd
