Motion to approve by Dave. Seconded by George. Unanimously approved. General Discussion th  Luke summarized the meeting that took play on April 7 with town administration staff related to subcommittee and membership rules and process.  The big take away was the town is looking to standardize areas, such as bringing on new members to a board. Once created, the process could be used by any town board. The process would also include criteria for the selection process.  We also went over the rules of open meeting law as it pertains to subcommittees and if it makes sense to eliminate some of our less active subcommittees, essentially a consolidation. This could make administration and participation easier. Update from Kathy Shelp, update on Senior Center:  Discussed how the new process for programming is going as trends are now emerging from collected data.  A program subcommittee could be useful to figure out how to handle the data to make any adjustments to how things are done. That idea will be prioritized.  The beam to hang the partition door is in the structure of the building, but various plates/bolts/hangers also needed were never installed. Town was told that the only thing to acquire would be the wall itself at a later date, but they’re now finding out it’s more than just the wall. Therefore, construction and money will be needed to implant these missing features. We could use some of the wall money upfront to get this initial work done, and by year-end figure out how to make up the difference on the cost of the wall itself.  Discussion on how grant money could be spent.  Discussion on some upcoming field trips. Adjournment at 10:09 A.M. Motion to adjourn by Tony, seconded by Dave. Unanimously agreed.
