Dear Board Members.-
On August 21, 2�O 18 your Board issued a Site Plan.Review Special Permit for the above referenced
property. The project involves,the allowance of a contr actor"s-yard and outside storage of landscape
products,and landscape/contractor"s equipment located within the Corridor Development District t
(CDI Zoning District.
Sind the permit was issued, 684 RealtyTrust has proposed,,to make some minor r n di.fic ti n to,the
building/site plan. The following modifications are proposed are shown on the plain submitted,t
the `l nnin g,Department and Conservation Department for review:
• Replace the proposed entry door at the c ut w t comer of the building with a loading dock
door.
• Eliminate the proposed,planting g bed directly in frost of the above-mentioned loading door,
maintaining it as asphalt resulting in an increase of 480 sf of impervious are .
• Eliminate a section of the existing . phalt to remain near the southeast winner ofthe property
and convert it to pervious area by extending the rain.garden—resulting in. reductionof'480
f of impervious area and in r asi,ng opens space area in the wetland buffer ar a.
• In addition,, Within the par .inn area there was a,section proposed as a 'Loading Area" along
the southern edge of the Property. This has been.moved approximately " to the west,
replacing parking sp ces which will be moved to,the original "Loading g Area' location.
The end result of the above modifications would result in no changes to the proposed area of open
space, therefore r requiring no changes to the t r nwater calculations. The modifications would also
maintains the approved number of'parking spaee .
