Monica,
A gentleman (foreman)from the contracting company came in to discuss a Tight Tank installation at 1429 Osgood Street
North Andover instead of the installation of a new Septic System, due to failure of the old system.
The forman was asked to have the Professional Engineer submit a request to the Health Department, As of 8-5-1 8 the
Health Department has not received a request,
