This required the removal of a small section of the planting space to be replaced with asphalt. • RAIN GARDEN: We worked with our engineer to offset the additional asphalt required by the loading dock, and determined the best approach would be to eliminate a section of paving in the rear right corner by expanding the rain garden. This allowed us to maintain the same overall square footage of impervious surface that was used for the stormwater calculations and already approved by the town. • LINE STRIPING: The last minor change was we swapped the loading area with (4) parking spaces to align with the new door. No change in asphalt or parking quantities. Please confirm that these changes are acceptable and that we are OK to proceed. As for your question about Condition #62 in the OOC, that condition does not apply to your project since there are no new/existing catch basins on the property.
