Martin, 13 Ferry Street, Haverhill Massachusetts, and recorded with Essex County
Northern District Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 6121, and being bounded and
described on said plan as follows:
WESTERLY by Osgood Street, one hundred fifty(150)feet;
NORTHERLY

and EASTERLY by land now or formerly of George R. Barker, Sr., three
hundred fifty-four and 851100 (354.85) feet and three
hundred fifty(350)feet, respectively; and
SOUTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of the City of Lawrence Airport

Said premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all easements, rights,
restrictions, covenants, conditions, reservations, takings, agreements and other matters
of record, insofar as the same are valid and now in force and applicable.
This conveyance constitutes a sale or transfer in the ordinary course of Grantor's
business and/or does not constitute all or substantially all of said Grantor's assets in the
` Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The premises hereby conveyed are commercial property and is not homestead property
of any person and all rights of homestead therein, if any, are hereby forever waived and
released.
For title see deed to Grantor dated April 11, 2017 and recorded at Essex North District
Registry of Deeds at Book 15047, Page 135.
