Scope of Services
VHB understands that our-engineering review services will be funded by the Applicant and that the Client has procured
these funds prior to authorizing VHB to proceed..
The scope of services consists of the engineer ing review of the definitive subdivision plans and the watershed
special permit application. The major tasks are listed below:
1... Plan Review: Review the Definitive Subdivision plans for, conformance to the curi-ent Subdivision
Rules and Regulations, zoning Bylaw and standard engineering practice,. Prepare one (1) engineer ing
i eview report listing written comments Provide one (1.) `follow-up' letter that addresses the Applicant's
x esponses to the engineering report
1 Drainage Review: Review the drainage layout and design for conformance to the Subdivision Rules and
Regulations, Zoning Bylaw, DER s Stoimwater Management Policy (if' applicable) and standard
engineer ing pt actice..wr itten comments will be included in the engineer ing I eview I eport..
3.. Water-shed Permit Review: Review the water shed Special Permit plans for-conformance to the cmient
Zoning Bylaw and standard engineering practice. written comments will be included in the engineer-hig
review z-eport.
4.. Pr-oject Management: Provide a pi-eliminary review of the plan submission for the purpose of
establishing a detailed budget with upset limits for engineering services foz the scope of services
contained herein Plan,monitor and coordinate the I eview efforts.
