This project is located within the B-2.honing District. On March 9,2022,the petitioner requested an Insubstantial change so as to allow for the addition of a dog park for residents'use only. The request included a proposed fenced-in area with permeable pet-friendly turf surface,pet waste receptacles and water for cleaning. Additionally,the request Wclu.ded a proposed pergola in the amenity area directly south of burlidng 1,in order to fur-ther enhance residents' enjoyment of that area as well as help Mi'n1*M1`ze their exposure to the sun. FINDINGS OF FACTS The Petitioner attended the Ap61 5,2022 Planning Board meeting to discuss the Insubstantial Change request with the Board. i The Board raised concerns regarding the proximity of the proposed dog park to the abutters located on Surrey Drive, 0 .After discussion at the April 5,2022 Plarmm' g Board]meeting, and upon a motion by J. Simons, seconded by A. Koenig,the planning Board voted to approve the Insubstantial Change for the installation of the pergola in the amenity area directly south of building 1. The vote was 5-0, unanimous, m favor. The funding of no substantial change is conditioned on the following.
